As the head of Method Inc, the strategic design arm of digital engineering leader GlobalLogic Inc, Tim leads an international team of designers, strategists, product managers, and engineers transforming businesses with innovative digital products and experiences. His passion for design-led engineering and digital product-making go hand-in-hand with Method’s commitment to collaborating with clients across the product life cycle to solve the right problems, create the right products, and build products right.
Timothy brings more than 20 years of experience leading global teams. Most recently, he served as the Global Managing Director of creative consultancy frog, leading a team of 2,300 designers, strategists, engineers, program managers, marketers, and data scientists worldwide. He has degrees in philosophy from the University of Aberdeen in Scotland and an MBA from the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business. He lectures at Haas and at Carnegie Mellon in its Integrated Innovation Institute programs.
A frequent industry speaker on innovation management, product development, and the business value of design (among other topics), his insights and frameworks have been featured in prestigious publications, including the Harvard Business Review. Outside of work, Timothy enjoys mountain climbing, winter sports, and spending time with his family and giant Bernedoodle.
